Timeless truths about Christ’s return. Perhaps one of the most compelling prophetic passages is Romans 11 verses 25 to 27. We are living in the times of the “Gentiles.” That means that right now, the “church age” includes the Gentiles. But when the “fullness of the Gentiles has come in” meaning that the church will no longer exist, then Israel will experience the final prophecies about the nation.
Daniel prophesied that 70 “weeks” (meaning 70, seven year periods) were assigned to Israel in chapter 9. But there is a break between the 69 and 70 weeks. Daniel does not identify the break because the church was a mystery in the Old Testament. Daniel reveals that at the conclusion of the 69th week, the Messiah will be “cut off.” Daniel prophesied WHEN the Messiah would die. That leaves one week – or one seven year period. I believe that seven year period is recorded in the last book of the Bible, Revelation.
Let’s get back to the “fullness of the Gentiles.” When does that happen? At any moment! It is often call the rapture of the church. The rapture is not the same as the 2nd Coming of Christ. But here is the point, there is coming a day when the church age will end. When the “fullness of the Gentiles has come in.” The final person will be saved and then the church will be taken out of the equation and Israel will take center stage once again in prophecy! Be ready!
“For I do not want you, brethren, to be uninformed of this mystery-so that you will not be wise in your own estimation-that a partial hardening has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in; and so all Israel will be saved; just as it is written, “THE DELIVERER WILL COME FROM ZION, H E WILL REMOVE UNGODLINESS FROM JACOB.” “THIS IS M Y COVENANT WITH THEM, WHEN I TAKE AWAY THEIR SINS.”” Romans 11:25-27 NASB

Hey Gene, yes. Taught Revelation at least 4 times – verse by verse. We did a “Jet Tour” of Revelation several months ago at Wynnbrook. It has been a long time since I taught Daniel.
