Timeless truths from Philippians 3:14.
If you had to write down your overarching life goal this moment, what would it be? Paul clearly knew his life goal. First it is important to note that this great man of God had a goal. Too many people are busy but accomplish little. If we are going to grow, we must be intentional. The only thing that grows without assistance is weeds! Second, Paul’s goal was specific. He knew the target. When we set a goal, we must be specific enough to know when we have attained it. Third, Paul’s goal was a lifelong ambition. He had not attained it even towards the end of his life. Our goals must be far reaching. The further the reach of a goal the greater the time it will take to accomplish it. What is your life goal?
